A mass emailing has been going around wild, identifying "sleeping too late and waking up too late" as a main cause of liver damage. And this instantly triggers me on what the Chinese culture (I believe many other cultures do as well) always drills hard on the kids from young - "early to bed, early to rise makes your body healthy".
