I LOVE PUTTING HONEY IN COFFEE, TUMERIC, CELERY AND MACA DRINKS TOGETHER CONTROLLING MY WEIGHT.

A few years ago after my blood work from an annual medical exam revealed my triglycerides were elevated, the doctor called me in a prescription and I went and picked it up. Then my older brother told me if I took the medicine I would have to have my liver checked every 6 months. I have never been one to think that a pill is the answer to everything anyway. So I got on the net and learned that eating too much sugar causes elevated triglycerides. So I replaced my processed sugar intake with honey and brought my triglycerides down to normal within 6 months.

The current date is December 2020, 6 years later, and I have kept it normal by taking a dose of honey and cinnamon every morning! I also use honey to dry up poison oak and to heal open wounds. Raw natural unfiltered, unpasteurized honey is what I use. Do not trust what you purchase off the shelf, find a local beekeeper and buy it straight from them.

I have read that 4,000 year old honey from the pyramids is still edible after heating and dissolving the crystals.

I was given honey when I had a gunshot wound through my knee, and had to administer through the channel through my knee, 8 inches. The wound healed in 2 months, (I did not even need antibiotics), and my doctor said I had healed faster than any of his patients in 40 years.

I take local honey for allergies, and do not have to be sold on it’s properties. I have learned first hand. It’s a survival food and energy source cannot be equaled.

Kenneth Fishback, a believer in the properties of honey, the emergency room doctor at Banner was a believer, and my primary doctor is now.

I had to write to you with my amazing news!

I have suffered from severe rosacea for over a year and have been on Doxycycline permanently.

After reading your book I started applying honey to the affected areas on my face that Wass so bad I grew a beard to try and cover it up!

I notice an improvement after one day as I previously had new outbreaks and infections on a daily basis, and there was a noticeable improvement. After 4 days there are no new infections and the horrible, ugly swellings have reduced significantly. It’s incredible! I can’t thank you enough. I am 65 on Saturday and think it possible that it may be almost gone by then.

My grandson has really bad teenage acne and I am getting him onto the honey ointment too!

Keep up the good work and spread the word.

Best regards and a massive thank you!
