Here are several FAQs at Bee Healthy regarding ordering and buying honey:

1. I am not located in Singapore. Can I place an order?
Sorry, we deliver our products only locally (Singapore). Shipping costs can be very high due to the nature of the products we are dealing with – weight of the honey and its packaging/bottling.
2. Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free for all orders above S$100. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $7 will be charged.
3. How do I pay? Do you accept credit, cash or cheque?
For all deliveries and self-collection, payment is made online upon checking out your items in your shopping cart.
4. How long does it take for delivery?
After confirmation of order, it usually takes about 2-3 working days, sometimes 4 working days when we have more orders to fulfil.
5. Are there any specific delivery timings?
The estimated delivery date will be advised via email after your order has been processed. Deliveries are done by third-party couriers (10am to 10pm) and we are unable to request for specific delivery timings.
