My Fav Recipe:
500ml Low Fat (2%) Milk
2 medium Bananas
60 grams (4 heaped tablespoons ("Musashi Bulk") mixed Protein Powder Vanilla Flavour
1 tablespoon Organic Raw Honey
Blend Medium Speed in electric blender 30 sec
Why My Fav: Has fibre of the bananas Replaces depleted sugars after exercise. Just right in context of being satiated (not over full.) With the milk, is absorbed slower than in water and reduces fatigue avoids too big a sugar spike (as from sugery powder drinks). Is shiny when mixed as is VERY YUMMY

My Fav Recipe:
3 bananas (can be frozen)
1 passionfruit
1 cup milk
1 tray of ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 scoops vanilla yoghurt
Dash of cinnamon
Dessert spoon of honey
Why My Fav: On Saturdays l normaly ride 100+km's before breakfast. This is the smoothy l always have when I finish. It tastes fantastic and fills me up. The ice frothes the milk, the ice cream thickens the smoothy up and the honey adds a great edge to the taste.
