Here are several FAQs at Bee Healthy regarding ordering and buying honey:

1. I am not located in Singapore. Can I place an order?
Sorry, we deliver our products only locally (Singapore). Overseas shipping costs can be very high due to the weight of the honey bottles. If you still would like to purchase our products despite the high shipping costs, we can advise the rates accordingly.

2. Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free for all orders above S$100. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $12 will be charged.

3. How do I pay? Do you accept credit, cash or cheque?
For all deliveries and self-collection, payment is made online upon checking out your items in your shopping cart. If you still prefer to pay by cash upon delivery, please contact us and we will see what arrangement we make do for you. Sorry, we do not process cheque payments.

4. How long does it take for delivery?
After confirmation of order, it usually takes about 1-2 working days, sometimes 3 days during the festive seasons.

5. Are there any specific delivery timings?
There are three delivery time zones - 9am-1pm, 1-5pm and 5-8pm. The earliest delivery date and timing will be advised via email after your order has been processed.
